Here’s to 194 years of Young’s! And what better way to celebrate than with a free pint at your local pub?
Running from 15th-21st September, raise a glass to 194 years and claim your pint through the Young’s On Tap app. Discover the treat in the ‘Your Treats’ section, and to redeem, simply choose either a pint of Young’s Original or Asahi Super Dry and add to the basket. If beer isn’t your thing, you can also opt for a free glass of Morandé Colección Privada Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot or Coca-Cola. Whichever you choose, your complimentary drink will be automatically redeemed at checkout*.
On Young’s Day itself (Thursday 18th September), Young’s pubs across London and the South will be rolling out the celebrations with parties and activities galore, which will include the return of the Young’s dray horses outside The Alma in Wandsworth and King Street Brew House in Bristol. Inside Young’s Pubs, go on a treasure hunt from 14th-18th September to find hidden golden tickets for a host of prizes, from a perfectly poured pint to a night away in one of its pubs with rooms, whilst pub-goers can also get their hands on limited-edition t-shirts, available to purchase online here.
During the day, every pub will be raising donations for children’s rugby charity, Wooden Spoon and its local community projects. This will include a 14.7-mile barrel walk from the Bath Brew House to Bristol’s King Street Brew House, where the Young’s team will transport a cask of Young’s Original from one pub to the other, all while raising funds for Maddy’s Mark, which supports the mental wellbeing of girls and young women through the power of sport.
