Iconic Cambridge Pub completes
We are pleased to have completed the letting of The Mill, Mill Lane, on behalf of The University of Cambridge. We generated a huge amount of interest and undertook 6 block viewing days to allow 50 individual parties to inspect. Due to the high level of interest we had to reduce this a short list where detailed business plans, references and projected P&L’s were requested.
The City Pub Company was eventually appointed which will be a flagship outlet for the newly formed company of Clive Watson and David Bruce. A substantial investment is planned and we look forward to seeing a reinvigorated and new layout Mill open in time for Summer 2012.
Christmas 2011

We would like to wish all our clients a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Instead of sending cards we have made a donation to the Cure Parkinsons Trust.
Our offices will be closed on Saturday 24th, reopening Tuesday 3rd, although we will be available by mobile or email during this period.

University of Cambridge

The Capital Pub Company
Everard Cole acted as sole agents in the purchase of the Village, Muswell Hill by The Capital Pub Company from Punch Taverns. The off market sale was the final acquisition by Capital prior to being sold to Greene King.
The freehold site provided a substantial ground floor trading area of over 8,000 sq ft with substantial basement cellars, front patio and staff accommodation. The £2.9M transaction completed on 18th July 2011.
