Christmas 2011

We would like to wish all our clients a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Instead of sending cards we have made a donation to the Cure Parkinsons Trust.
Our offices will be closed on Saturday 24th, reopening Tuesday 3rd, although we will be available by mobile or email during this period.
We look forward to another successful year in 2012
N.B Please see the latest addition to our ever-growing team, recruited at our Christmas party!
We have somewhat belatedly joined the social networking world! Please do follow us: @EverardCole
All new instructions will be posted along with a mixture of other musings/news
University of Cambridge

Everard Cole are proud to have been appointed by The University of Cambridge to market The Mill public house, Mill Lane, Cambridge. The property is in a central position, opposite Mill Pond, close to The Backs. Previously let to Enterprise Inns Plc the property is now available on a new free of tie lease at nil premium for a term to be agreed direct from The University of Cambridge.
The property provides a fantastic opportunity to build a strong business, free from any brewery or pub co. tie. For further information, or to arrange a viewing, contact Tom Nichols.
The Capital Pub Company
Everard Cole acted as sole agents in the purchase of the Village, Muswell Hill by The Capital Pub Company from Punch Taverns. The off market sale was the final acquisition by Capital prior to being sold to Greene King.
The freehold site provided a substantial ground floor trading area of over 8,000 sq ft with substantial basement cellars, front patio and staff accommodation. The £2.9M transaction completed on 18th July 2011.
TLC’s continued expansion

We are delighted to announce that TLC Inns Ltd have recently acquired their second freehold through Everard Cole: the Catherine Wheel at Albury. Following on from their success with tied leases at The Cutter (Ely), The Windmill (Peterborough) and The White Horse (Ramsden Heath), they have now added this freehold to the Swan at Henny.
They plan a substantial investment, as they did at the Swan, in the attempt to turn around this previously closed business. We look forward to witnessing their continued success!
